International Shipping:
For our global community, we ship purchases via USPS Priority Mail International, ensuring your package arrives in 1-3 weeks, depending on your country. Every Sawdust & Embers product undergoes a rigorous quality check before shipping. However, due to the unique nature of our products, we cannot accept returns or offer refunds for used candles.
Our return policy lasts 30 days. If it has been more than 30 days since your purchase, we're unable to offer a refund or exchange. To qualify for a return, items must be unused, in the same condition you received them, and in their original packaging.
